Important Notice for Unit Owners Renting Their Property

All new tenants must complete a rental application and participate in a mandatory screening orientation prior to move-in. The application fee is $150. Please note that no unit may be leased for a term shorter than three months and all leases must be approved by the Association.

As part of the approval process, a thorough background and credit check will be conducted to ensure compliance with the Association’s rental criteria. This helps maintain a safe and respectful living environment for all residents.
